Applied Learning Teaching Resources

Introduction

This site has been developed as a resource for Victorian teachers and students and focuses on Applied Learning and VCAL.

Getting Started

Click on 'SideBar'. In the SideBar you will see a list of key categories
You can search for resources by subject area or click on 'Search wiki'
To edit a page click on 'Edit page' and enter the password 'edu123'

How you can contribute

To add a weblink:

Click on 'Edit page' and type in the name of the website. Highlight the words that you want to link to and click on 'Link', then click on 'URL' and type in the website address.
To link to a wiki page, click on 'Edit page' and highlight the words that you want to link. Click on 'Link' and then select the wiki page that you want to link to under the 'Link to wiki page' box.

To add a new page:

To add a new page/topic to the Sidebar, click on 'Edit' at the bottom of the Sidebar. Type in the name of the new page, highlight the words that you want to link to and click on 'Link', then click on 'WikiPage'.
To add a new wiki page to a page that you are working on, click on 'Edit page' and type in the name of the new page. Highlight the words that you want to link and click on 'Link'. Then click on 'WikiPage' and type in the name of the wiki.

To upload a document:

Go to the page that you would like to upload a document to.
Click on 'Edit page' and then click on 'Attach file'.
Browse for your file and click on 'Upload'. Wait until the file has uploaded and then click 'OK'.
Add a short description of the document and click on 'Save'.
